HESLB have confirmed that on Friday 1st August 2014 they received from the Treasury A PART of the payments we have been waiting. In that regard, they promised us that they are going to work all day long to ensure that all payments with regards to Teaching Practice (TP) are disbursed to our institution soon next week as much as the Acting Director of HESLB statement reads due to long inquiries with the College Principal Prof. Mfinanga is concern.Meanwhile, they still hope that the subsequent disbursement will come early this month.
We hope and become sure that by next week (after we have received money from HESLB) money will be disbursed in students accounts as soon as possible to cater the existing problem.
To be honesty I am congratulating you (and I, myself) for the patience we have shown during the difficult period we were passing through.
